Yargıtay kararları kapsamında genel kaide olarak yıllık izin ücreti alacağında hakkaniyet indirimi uygulanmamaktadır. Ancak, Yargıtay 9. Hukuk Dairesi 04.06.2024 tarihli 2024/6366 E. ve 2024/9427 K. sayılı ilamı ile bu kaidenin istisnası olabileceğini içtihat etmiştir.

25.09.2024 tarihli Resmi Gazete’de yayımlanan VERGİ USUL KANUNU GENEL TEBLİĞİ (SIRA NO: 565) ile bilanço esasına göre defter tutmakla yükümlü mükelleflerin Eylül 2024 dönemi ve bu dönemi izleyen dönemlere ilişkin olarak Mal ve Hizmet Alımlarına İlişkin Bildirim Formu (Form Ba) ve Mal ve Hizmet Satışlarına İlişkin Bildirim Formu (Form Bs) bildirim yükümlülüğü kaldırılmıştır.
